System Support
Ontraq provides hardware and software support to customers either through
tailored Annual Support Contracts or on an as-needed Ad–Hoc basis. Both
methods provide full cost transparency so that clients can see what they are
paying for.
At the commencement of the support contract we estimate the number of
annual support hours needed, based on clients specific requirements and the
dimensions of their IT infrastructure. Each quarter, clients receive a full
breakdown of all regular tasks & support calls received, and total time used. At
contract renewal the total is adjusted to reflect changes in the client’s usage
patterns and network size.
