Many customers use our client login which enables us to monitor faults and for them to remain updated with feedback.
Costs
Because we believe in choice and value for money we offer three pricing options:
• Ontraq Adhoc
Support by the hour, this is a Pay as You Go arrangement, with call out times of 24 hours. Suitable for sole traders, cost effective for simple network designs.
• Ontraq Hourly
You pay for an agreed number of hours per month. This allows us to monitor your systems and includes weekly server checks and some preventive maintenance.
• Ontraq Monthly
You pay an agreed monthly fee. This covers everything and keeps a handle on your costs, - we run your IT, anticipate problems, and you stay a step ahead.
Customer Care
Ontraq focuses its core resources on support, ensuring that customers receive the
highest levels of service.
